RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age as on 01.09.2026.
- Maximum age for the listed apprenticeship categories is generally 25 years.
- Qualification must be obtained from a recognized University/Institute as a regular full-time course.
- Allied branches of Diploma in Engineering are not acceptable.
- Candidates who have already completed Act Apprenticeship training or one year or more of job experience after their higher studies are not eligible.
- The required qualification/final-year marksheet should be passed on or after 01.07.2023.
- Minimum qualifying percentage required is generally 50%.
- Distance Learning, Part-Time or Correspondence qualifications are not eligible.

RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Training & Posting
- Training will be conducted at RCF units located at Trombay, Mumbai and Thal, Raigad.
- Candidates have to select either Trombay or Thal in the Posting At dropdown while submitting the application.
- The selected posting option cannot be changed later.
- Graduate Apprentices: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Technician and Trade Apprentices: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Posting is non-transferable throughout the apprenticeship training period.
- Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided as per company policy.

Selection under RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will primarily be based on the merit list prepared according to the percentage obtained in the prescribed essential educational qualification and applicable reservation criteria.

- Registration/approval of Apprenticeship Contract on the applicable apprenticeship portal.
- Final joining after successful completion of required formalities.
