Bank of India Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility
- Candidates must fulfil the post-specific educational qualification, professional certification and experience prescribed in Annexure-I.
- The age and qualification/experience eligibility is reckoned as on 01 August 2026.
- Eligibility varies according to the specialist post; relevant degrees, certifications and post-qualification experience may be mandatory.
- Reserved-category candidates applying against reserved vacancies may receive the prescribed relaxation in minimum educational marks.
- Candidates should be willing to work/serve anywhere in India.
- A candidate can apply for only one post.
Age Limit – Post/Scale Wise
- Scale-I: generally 21–30 years, depending on the post.
- Scale-II: post-specific age limits apply.
- Scale-III: post-specific age limits apply.
- Scale-IV: generally 28–42 years depending on the specialist role.
Category-wise upper-age relaxation is available as prescribed in the notification, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 10 years for PwBD, subject to the applicable conditions.
