Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility (by post):

Soldier (General Duty) — Matric pass with minimum 45% aggregate and 33% in each subject. Boards with grading — minimum D grade (33–40) in individual subjects.
Soldier (Clerk) — 10+2/Intermediate pass in any stream with 60% aggregate; minimum 50% in English and Maths/Accounts.
Soldier Tradesmen — Class 10 pass; minimum 33% in each subject.
Housekeeper & Messkeeper — Class 8 pass; minimum 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: 18 to 42 years. Age relaxation as per rules.

Candidates should maintain good physical fitness and ensure they meet all medical standards before attending the rally.

Physical Standards

Male Candidates

Height: Minimum 160 cm (relaxation to 157 cm for certain regions)
Chest: Minimum 77 cm / Expanded 82 cm
Weight: Proportionate to height & age as per Army standards

Female Candidates

Height: Minimum 157 cm (relaxation to 152 cm for specified regions)
Chest expansion: Minimum 5 cm
Weight: Proportionate to height & age as per standards
