Age Limit

The overall engagement is subject to the applicable upper age limit of 70 years as mentioned in the terms of engagement.

Salary / Monthly Remuneration

The monthly consolidated remuneration is applicable according to the discipline, qualification and place of posting mentioned in the official advertisement.

Tenure of Engagement

• Initial engagement will be for one year.
• The engagement may be extended for another year at the discretion of the Company.

• Continuation depends on satisfactory performance.

Working Hours & Leave

The engagement is based on a minimum of 8 hours per day for six days a week, or 48 hours per week. Where engagement is for fewer hours, remuneration may be calculated proportionately.

Engaged consultants may also be required to provide services during emergency situations or beyond normal working hours according to organizational requirements.

Consultants will be eligible for up to 10 days of leave in a year, subject to prior approval.
