Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University.
The candidate must have at least 02 years of experience as a practising Advocate. The prescribed experience certificate from the District & Sessions Judge and Certificate of Enrolment under the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council are required as specified by OPSC.
Knowledge of Odia
Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed either the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, or the Matriculation/Class-X examination with Odia as a subject.
