The eligibility requirements vary according to the post and discipline. Candidates should possess the prescribed qualification along with the required post-qualification experience as on the cut-off date, 15 September 2026.

Experience: Experience in operation and maintenance of cement, manufacturing or process industries; production and shutdown planning; critical spare parts planning; CAPEX/project planning and coordination for achieving targets.

6. Officer – Marketing
- Engineering Degree in any stream.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Material Management, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Diploma in Engineering/Management/Marketing or BBA in Marketing may also be considered.
Experience areas: Sales & Marketing, Sales & Accounts, Market Development, Channel Management, CRM, Sales Planning & Execution, Competition Analysis, Billing & Dispatch Coordination and MIS/ERP systems.
7. Officer – Legal
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- OR Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
Candidates should have relevant experience as an Advocate, Legal Consultant, Legal Assistant/Associate in an advocate’s or solicitor’s office/law firm, or as a Law Officer in a bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, company, State or Central Government organization.
8. Analyst – Finance & Accounts

Experience: Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts in a manufacturing industry or PSU.
Age Limit
- Engineer / Officer Posts: Maximum 35 years.
- Analyst – Finance & Accounts: Maximum 40 years.
- Age relaxation will be applicable to eligible reserved categories as per Government of India rules and the conditions mentioned in the notification.
Work Experience Requirement
Candidates must possess the required post-qualification experience. CCI has specifically stated that only experience gained after obtaining the prescribed qualification will be considered.
Post-qualification experience will be reckoned from the date of passing the qualifying examination, issuance of the degree or issuance of the mark sheet, as applicable.
Contract Period
The appointment is purely on a Fixed Term Contract basis and will not create any right for regular or permanent employment in CCI.
- Initial contract period: 1 year.
- The contract may be extended based on performance.
- Maximum engagement period: 4 years.
- The contract will automatically end on completion of the maximum tenure.

Selection Process
The selection process under CCI Recruitment 2026 will be carried out through interview, document verification and medical examination, as applicable. Candidates must successfully clear all stages prescribed by Cement Corporation of India Limited.
1. Interview
Eligible candidates shortlisted on the basis of the information provided in their application form will be called for an interview.
Candidates appearing for the interview must produce the original documents in support of their eligibility. Candidates failing to produce the required documents may not be permitted to appear for the interview.
Travelling Allowance will not be reimbursed for attending the interview. However, candidates called for interview will be eligible for sleeper class train fare for the shortest route, subject to the conditions mentioned in the official notification.
2. Shortlisting
Mere fulfillment of the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for interview. If a large number of applications are received for a particular post, CCI may shortlist candidates based on relevant experience, current CTC/monthly pay, higher qualification and other relevant factors.
Candidates having additional relevant professional qualifications and experience, particularly relevant experience in the cement industry, may be given preference.
3. Written Test / Group Discussion
If required, CCI may conduct a written test or group discussion for shortlisted candidates before the interview.
4. Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted after the interview will be required to undergo a medical examination as per the prescribed medical standards of CCI.
The medical examination will be conducted by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a Government Hospital, in the prescribed format of CCI.
Candidates found medically unfit as per CCI’s recruitment rules will not be considered for further document verification.
5. Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates will have to produce all required original documents and certificates along with photocopies for verification.
The documents must support the information and eligibility claimed in the application. Any discrepancy, missing document or incorrect information may result in rejection of the candidature.
The selection process will assess the candidate’s knowledge, professional skills, comprehensive aptitude and physical fitness, wherever applicable.
The final decision regarding shortlisting, interview and selection will rest with Cement Corporation of India Limited.
Employment Status
Only post-qualification experience will be considered for the advertised positions. Such experience will be counted from the date of passing the qualifying examination, i.e. issuance of the degree or issuance of the mark sheet.
Rejection of Application
Applications may be rejected at any stage if the candidate is found to have provided false, incorrect or misleading information, suppressed relevant facts or does not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria.
